We have in-house infrastructure and expertise to operate and maintain Wind Turbine Generators (WTGs) as an Independent Service Provider. Our services cover everything from Balance of Plant (BOP) management to long-term O&M, ensuring reliable and optimized performance for wind projects.

Service Provider

We have in-house infrastructures & capabilities to operate and maintain WTGs as an Independent Service Provider. We provide comprehensive services tailored to customer requirements, including Balance of Plants (BOP) such as 33 kV lines, 132 & 220 kV substations.

To strengthen our O&M capabilities, we have partnered with Connected Wind Services (CWS), Denmark — a leading Independent Service Provider in Europe. CWS provides technical support, SCADA expertise, and exclusive spare supplies for the Pan India territory. Together, we ensure optimized performance of wind parks through regular health checkups, gearbox inspections, and supply of critical spares.

With fully fledged European workshops and advanced diagnostic support, CWS and Kintech conduct major component inspections and suggest remedies to improve the life of WTG components, ensuring long-term efficiency and reliability.

O&M Capabilities

  • Substations Maintained: 108 units at 66 kV and 2 units at 220 kV.
  • Daily Routine Activities: Continuous monitoring, inspections, and record keeping.
  • Testing: Periodic testing of switchyard equipment and control room panels/relays.
  • Training: Ongoing training programs aligned with technological advancements.

Operations

  • Liaisoning with GEDA/GEB for HV/EHV line clearance and grid failure resolutions.
  • Data analysis with remedial and modification actions as required.
  • Continuous monitoring and data logging for grid integration.
  • 24x7 monitoring by skilled workforce and security for immediate response.

Maintenance

  • Periodic servicing as per OEM recommendations.
  • Replacement of spares for uninterrupted operations.
  • Feeder & transmission line inspections using thermal imagers to identify weak links.
  • Innovative lifting/lowering methods without cranes for cost-effective maintenance.
